Portal Admin user can set the authentication method the following procedure.

[STEP1] Log in to Business Portal with old authentication method
STEP 1-1)Access the log in screen of Business Portal[https://b-portal.ntt.com].
This screen will be changed in March 3rd,2018.
STEP 1-2) Select Log in With 1-step Verification (old authentication method)] on the right hand side.
STEP 1-3) Log in to Business Portal from the old log in screen.
[STEP2] Go on to the setting of 2-step verification
STEP2-1) Click Initial setting for 2-step verification menu at the top of dashboard page.
[STEP3]Select the second verification method
STEP3-1) The second verification selection screen is displayed.
STEP3-2) Please select TOTP authentication or MailOTP authentication.
Please select the MailOTP authentication if you don’t have the devices such as smartphone or tablet, or you can’t bring the devices in the place where you use Business Portal.
Please see the previous page about the second verification method.
[STEP4]Go to the setting of the first verification
Click Setting Up The First Verification at the bottom center after the screen of second authentication method selection is completed.
[STEP5] Set a password for first verification
STEP5-1) Enter new password. it must be between with 6 and 32 digits and include at least a number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.
STEP5-2) Click Change Password at the bottom of the screen after that.
[STEP6] Complete setting password for first step verification
<For TOTP authentication user>
STEP6-1) The change password completion screen is displayed.
Click Setting the TOTP Authentication and go on to the [STEP7].
<For MailOTP authentication user>
The initial setup procedure is completed.
You can log in from Log in With 2-step Verification (new authentication method) on the login screen.
[STEP7] Set up the 2-step verification application on your devices
<For TOTP authentication user>
STEP7-1) Please download and install a 2-step verification application such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your devices.
Please click here for installation.
STEP7-2) Scan the QR code on the initial setting screen of TOTP authentication using 2-step verification application on your devices.
STEP7-3) Confirm the 6 digits number that changes regularly displayed in 2-step verification app.
STEP7-4) Input the 6 digits number on 2-step verification application to Verify Code field.
STEP7-5) Click Register after you input the number.
Conglaturations! The initial setup procedure is finished.
You can log in from Log in With 2-step Verification (new authentication method) on the log in screen.
