4.3 Access control based on IP Address
This section explains how to use the access control based on IP Address to control IP Address to allow access to the portal.
Note: If the access control based on IP Address is applied, immediately after application the users will not be able to log in to the Business Portal with the exception of the access from the network in which the IP Addresses are registered. You have to set in the following procedure to prevent your all users from not logging in to the Business Portal.
4.3.1 Set users to apply Access control based on IP Address
1. Move the cursor over Configuration, Manage Access is displayed (Figure 4-13). Click Manage Access in the menu, Manage Access (User Exemptions) screen (Figure 4-14) is displayed.

2. Click Edit.

Note: If you want the user that is applied the access control to apply the access control, select user name from Exempt Access control user list frame and click <<== Delete.
3. After Change User Exemptions(User Exemptions) is displayed, choose Restricted for the user row you want to apply Access control based on IP Address (Figure 4-15).

4.3.2 Set IP Addresses to allow access to Portal
Click Permitted Networks tab in the Manage Access screen. (Figure 4-16)

After the section of Permitted Networks on the Manage Access screen is displayed, click Edit to add permitted IP address (Figure 4-17).

After the Permitted Networks screen is displayed, click ADD NETWORK on the bottom left to add IP Address and Subnet Mask allowed access to the portal, (Figure 4-18).

After the Permitted Networks screen is displayed, enter IP Address and Subnet Mask allowed access to the portal, and click Save (Figure 4-19).
Note: Enter the IP Address separated by periods the octet as “255.255.255.255”. And enter the Subnet Mask after the IP Address, such as “255.255.255.255/32”.

4.3.3 Enable Access control based on IP Address
1. Click Edit in the section of Customer Information on the Manage Access screen (Figure 4-20).

2. Select ON and click Edit (Figure 4-21).
