3.4 Creating Ticket

This section describes how to ask questions to us with creating ticket.

Click Inquiry on Global Navigation if you would like to contact us.

After displaying the Create Ticket screen, select a service name which you would like to query (Figure 3-8).

example: select Network -> Arcstar Universal One

After select service name, click next button on the lower side of this page (Figure 3-9).

After select service category and service, choose a kind of inquiry category. the following example selects incident.(Figure 3-10)

After displaying the Create Ticket screen, fill out Summary and Detail, and select Urgency (Figure 3-11). If you want to attach files, click the File Upload button.To create ticket, select the associated services and contacts, and click Create Ticket.

You can confirm our response below screen(Figure 3-12). If you would like to ask more question to us, move to lower side of this page and input your comment to New Comment area and click Add Comment button.If you would like to close this ticket, click CLOSE TICKET.
