How to change the second verification method from TOTP authentication to MailOTP authentication(for Portal Admin)

General user could NOT change the second verification method by themselves.

General user ask the Portal Admin to change the second verification method if they need.

[1] Select the “User List” menu

Select the “User List” menu in the “Configuration” menu on the bottom of the management menu in right hand side.

[2]Select the target user

Click the username that change the authentication method in the userlist .

 

[3]Display the user detail page

Click the [Edit] button at the bottom of user detail page.

[4] Change the authentication method

Select the radio button of [MailOTP] in the second verification at the middle of the page.

And click the [Save] button at the bottom of the page.

The change to MailOTP authentication is complete.The user can login with MailOTP authentication.
