If you encounter when registering with Business d Account
If you encounter an error when registering an account on the Business Portal using your Business d Account, the following problems may occur.
[1]Your Business d Account was “Business d Account personal”
There are the following types of Business d Accounts, of which only the “Business d Account” [corporate certified] can be registered on the Business Portal.
There are the following methods to obtain a Business d Account [company certified].
– Obtain a business d account linked to an NTT DoCoMo mobile phone contract with the same corporate name as the business portal you want to register.
– Proceed to change from Business d Account Personal to Business d Account (corporate certified) at Docomo Shop
[2]The corporation to which your Business d Account belongs is different from the corporation of Business Portal you tried to register.
A Business d Account that can be registered to a business portal must belong to the same corporation as the Business Portal to which it is registered.
Please prepare a business d account that belongs to the same corporation as Business Portal corporation you are registering using one of the following methods.
– Prepare a Business d Account linked to an NTT DoCoMo mobile phone contract with the same corporate name as Business `ortal you want to register.
– Have the Business d Account administrator who manages the Business d Account of the target corporation issue a Business d Account for the same corporation as Business Portal to which it is registered.
[3]Business Portal you tried to register has already been opened
If Business Portal you are trying to register for is already open, you will not be able to register online.
Please ask the administrator of Business Portal that has already been opened to register or invite you.
